About
Rev. Dr. Ben Lim teaches courses at Pacific Seminary in Pastoral Care and Chaplaincy. He previously served as Emeritus Professor & Teach-Out Program Director of the Marital and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling Programs for Bethel Seminary San Diego. Ben is an ordained minister and has pastored churches in Asia and the US. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical Fellow and an Approved Supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Ben is also the Founder and Director of Life Institute for Mentoring, Supervision, and Therapy (aka LIMS Therapy). His teaching, writing, and research are in the area of integration of psychology and theology, mental health across cultures and couples therapy. Ben also travels internationally to teach, counsel, and speak on mental health and marriage and family issues.
